Frequently asked questions

  • Why should I do business with your agency?

We focus on relationships, not transactions. Our team takes time to understand your situation, explain coverage clearly, and help you make informed decisions. We’re proactive, responsive, and committed to helping you protect what matters most — before and after the policy is in place.

  • I live in Oklahoma, Missouri, or Texas. Why would I work with an agency in Arkansas?

Our agency is fully licensed to serve clients in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Texas. With today’s technology, location doesn’t limit service. What matters is accessibility, experience, and advocacy.

Our clients choose us because we’re easy to reach, consistent, and focused on long-term relationships — no matter which state they live in.

  • What should I do if I have a claim?

If something happens, start by considering whether the situation is urgent.

    • If it’s not urgent, we encourage you to contact our office during normal business hours. We can help you review the situation, answer questions, and guide you before a claim is filed.
    • If it is urgent, call our main office number and follow the prompts to be routed to the 24-hour corporate service team for immediate assistance.
  • Should I file a claim right away?

Not always. Some claims can impact future premiums, so it’s often helpful to talk through the situation first.

If the issue can wait, contact our office during business hours, and we’ll help you understand deductibles, coverage, and next steps so you can decide what’s best for you.

  • Will you help me during the claims process?

Yes. While claims are handled through the carrier’s service team, our agency has a dedicated claims advocate who remains available to help answer questions, explain the process, and provide support once the claim is underway.

  • Do you review policies or do they automatically renew?

Policies often renew automatically, but we believe reviews are important. We’re happy to review your coverage when:

    • Life changes occur
    • You purchase a new home or vehicle
    • You want to confirm limits and deductibles

You can request a policy review at any time.

  • What makes working with an agency better than buying insurance online?

Online options may be quick, but they don’t offer personalized guidance or long-term support. Our agency provides:

    • A dedicated team that knows your account
    • Help understanding coverage options
    • Support before and after a claim
    • A relationship you can rely on, not a call center
  • How often should I review my insurance coverage?

We recommend reviewing your coverage at least once a year or anytime you experience a major life change — such as buying a home, adding a vehicle, renovating, or changes in household drivers. Regular reviews help ensure your coverage keeps pace with your life.

  • Do higher deductibles always save money?

Higher deductibles can reduce premiums, but they aren’t always the right choice for everyone. We’ll help you weigh the trade-offs based on your comfort level and financial situation.

  • Do you work with new homeowners or first-time buyers?

Yes! We enjoy working with first-time buyers and take extra time to explain coverage options, deductibles, and what to expect so you can feel confident in your decisions.

  • What should I do if I’m not sure whether something is covered?

If you’re unsure, reach out before making assumptions. We’re happy to review your policy and explain how coverage may apply — it’s always better to ask than guess.
