Holley is a proud wife to Beau and mom to three amazing kids, Drake, Avery, and Breya. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family on their homestead, where life is always full of animals, projects, and plenty of memorable moments.

Holley began her insurance career with Allstate in 2022 and quickly discovered that insurance is about much more than policies and coverage. It is about people. She is passionate about creating positive customer experiences, developing strong teams, and helping others grow both personally and professionally.

Throughout her career, Holley has focused on team building, leadership, coaching, and exceptional customer service. She believes that the best insurance experience starts with a knowledgeable, confident, and caring team that genuinely wants to help customers find the coverage and service they need.

Her goal is simple: to provide every customer with an exceptional insurance experience while challenging herself and her team to continually improve and reach their full potential.

Today, Holley brings her experience, energy, leadership, and competitive spirit to the Rena Gilliam Insurance Agency as the leader of the Mayhem Team. She is excited to serve customers, support her team, and help the agency continue raising the bar for personalized insurance service.
