Kayla began her career in the insurance industry in 2020, starting in medical insurance before making the switch to Property & Casualty in 2022. By 2023, she joined the Allstate family, and in October 2025, she became part of our agency team as a Licensed Sales Producer.

In her role, Kayla focuses on new business sales, with a passion for helping clients understand their policies and what they’re paying for. Her favorite part of the job is turning what can sometimes feel like a confusing insurance conversation into something simple, approachable, and even enjoyable — making sure each client feels confident and cared for.



Kayla speaks English (though she’s working hard on her Spanish through Duolingo — ¡vamos!), and she loves connecting with people on a personal level.

• She’ll never turn down a good karaoke night. What she might lack in vocal perfection, she makes up for in pure energy and enthusiasm.
• She’s a proud Tennessean at heart, having lived all over the South, but now calls sunny Florida her home.
