Rena Gilliam built her agency from the ground up in 2012. She’s known for bringing a warm, straightforward approach to insurance by helping customers feel confident, informed, and genuinely cared for as they protect what matters most.

Family is at the center of Rena’s life and the way she leads her agency. She’s been married to her husband, Mike, since 2007, and together they’re proud parents to two kids, Jaxon and Lexi. At home, their crew also includes two very loved dogs: Murphy the pug and Wrigley the morkie. Rena believes that when you take care of people like family, you build relationships that last—and that mindset shows up in every customer conversation.
