Shelbie Koncaba moved to Central Arkansas in 2013 and has spent the years since building strong roots in the community. She has been in the insurance industry since 2014 and is proud to be part of Rena Gilliam’s Agency. Shelbie loves helping people feel confident and secure in their coverage, taking the time to listen to their needs and help them have the right protection for themselves and their families.

Family is at the heart of Shelbie’s life. She has been married for over ten years and is the proud mother of two daughters who keep life busy, fun, and full of energy. Their household also includes cats, dogs, and a bearded dragon, making sure there’s never a dull moment. When she’s not working, Shelbie enjoys volunteering at her daughters’ school, traveling with her family, spending time outdoors, and connecting with friends and community members.
